Here’s the trailer for the documentary film Forks Over Knives, a film that makes the case that the consumption of meat and dairy products causes the most common diseases in modern society today. Eating more plant-based products versus animal products not only leads to a healthier lifestyle but can actually reverse ailments like heart disease and diabetes. This rationale is the reason I am vegetarian.
If you are health-conscious, you must see this film. If you are a meat-eater (like most people) it is even more important that you see this film. Don’t close your mind. At least consider the arguments presented here.
